By accessing the website at www.ruxlabs.com or downloading and using our mobile applications (including Clockdown), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local and international laws and regulations.

2. License and App Usage

Rux Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our Apps strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps or Site.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on our software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or copyright labels.

3. In-App Purchases and Pro Features

Certain features (such as "Pro" tiers) may be subject to a fee. All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play). Rux Labs does not handle or store payment information. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective app store platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and design elements of the Site and Apps—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software architecture—are the exclusive property of Rux Labs and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rux Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. We do not guarantee that countdowns, widgets, or notifications will fire with absolute zero-latency precision on all devices due to native OS restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rux Labs or its developers be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, missed events, or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or Apps, even if Rux Labs has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
